Bar Without was established in 2019, offers a modern cocktail experience with a black-and-white brand image, and combines a passionate team, creativity, and Eastern elements. Our cocktails are not confined to specific techniques or styles. We flexibly incorporate local and homemade ingredients, producing natural and balanced lightness.
We opened a second store at the end of 2023, continuing to explore more possibilities.

We embody the philosophical concept of "Without" and infuse this spirit into every cocktail.

Arthur Yang, a software engineer who initially worked in the tech industry, founded Bar Without with friends in 2019 due to his interest in cocktail culture.
He enjoys the Zen style and hopes to create a comfortable space through Bar Without's minimalist design, allowing everyone to have a wonderful time here.
In recent years, Arthur has also devoted himself to ceramic creation. Convey the spirit of Bar Without through handmade cups and decorations. Each handcrafted piece is unique, just like every customer and every moment, offering a different experience in Bar Without.
